Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Ship the Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
